Having been in business for 5 years now in Fairbanks we've seen our clients spread out from a few offices locally to supporting many different types of facilites from Fairbanks to Anchorage to Galena and everywhere in between. We are based out of Fairbanks and thanks to our unique ability to remotely troubleshoot systems we rarely have to make site visits. As a matter of fact, under support contract we prefer to do our work at night remotely, minimizing your downtime.
